Give this Pachira aquatica plant a good splash of water once every 2 to 3 weeks, this is in many cases enough. This plant needs at least 3 to 5 hours of sunlight a day, although the Pachira does not tolerate bright sunlight well. So put your little tree in a position in normal daylight. If this green houseplant grows very quickly with few leaves, it is probably in too dark a place.
