kumquat
Among the citrus fruits considered ornamental is the kumquat, whose small-sized fruits are eaten whole, having the peculiarity, apart from its oval shape, that its skin is sweeter than its interior (somewhat more bitter and acid), contrary to what happens in the majority of citrus fruits. It is usually sold as an ornamental citrus fruit to be grown in pots or in the garden.
