coral plant 35cm
If we think about the Coral plant (Jatropha Multifida) we think about our own discoveries in nurseries. We have been inspired by the voyages of discovery of former times. Now we travel to the Netherlands and get inspired by the exclusive seasonal products of nursery Richplant. Now we don't go so far-off to Asia ourselves, but in their greenhouse we go on a voyage of discovery along all kinds of plants from all over the world. Owners Richard and Ellen Scheffers are specialised in plants with a story. That's how you come across this Jatropha Podagrica, or also called Coral plant.

care tips
Jatrophas are used as houseplants because of their flowers and foliage. They are tropical plants that can live outdoors if the climate permits it. Water the jatropha moderately every 10 days in spring and summer and once two weeks in autumn and in winter you can almost stop watering, just 1 time a month is enough so the plant goes into dormancy.
Over time it's normal for a Jatropha to show yellowing on the lower leaves. You can remove them to keep your plant healthy.
